LeadZip 365 ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to your data. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what's necessary to process your order and provide the Service:

  • Order information: Name, email address, industry selection, target location, package tier, and order status.
  • Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your credit card number. We receive a Stripe session ID and your email address from Stripe upon successful payment.
  • Contact form submissions: Name, email address, and message content when you contact us.
  • Usage data: We use anonymous analytics (Polsia Analytics beacon) to understand site traffic. No personal data is attached to analytics events.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Fulfill your order and deliver your lead list.
  • Provide access to your order dashboard via your email address.
  • Respond to your contact form messages and support requests.
  • Send transactional communications related to your order (status updates, download availability).
  • Improve the Service based on aggregate, anonymous usage patterns.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Email Communications

We send transactional emails related to your orders (confirmation, fulfillment notification, download availability). We do not send marketing emails or newsletters unless you explicitly opt in. You can opt out of any non-transactional communications at any time by contacting us.

4. Data Retention

We retain order records — including your name, email, and order details — for as long as necessary to fulfill the order, handle refund requests, and maintain reasonable business records. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data.
  • Neon (PostgreSQL) — database hosting for order records.
  • Render — application hosting.
  • Polsia — email delivery and analytics infrastructure.

We do not embed third-party tracking pixels, advertising networks, or social media scripts on this site.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to store an anonymous visitor ID for analytics purposes. This ID is not linked to your personal information. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not use cookies for authentication — order dashboard access is verified by email lookup, not a cookie session.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data (subject to any legal retention obligations).
  • Withdraw consent to communications at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your data: database connections use SSL/TLS, API keys are stored as environment variables (not in code), and payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. No system is 100% secure; if you have concerns about the security of your data, please contact us.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we learn that a minor has submitted personal information, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
